Plain Green, LLC is the owner and operator of Plain Green SPV, LLC DBA Plain Green Line of Credit

Plain Green, LLC is a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Chippewa Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation, Montana, a sovereign nation located within the United States of America, and we operate within the Tribe's Reservation. For loans that are approved and accepted by 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays), loans will be funded the same day. Loans that are approved and accepted after 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) and before 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Monday – Friday) will be funded the following business day. Note that errors in your application, particularly with bank routing and account numbers, will impact our ability to fund and cause delays. In some cases, a customer service representative may contact you to verify your information before we can finalize and approve your loan. The maximum loan amount for your initial loan is $1,000. Refer to Loan Cost & Terms for additional details. We provide complete disclosures of APR, fees and payment terms in the Loan Agreement.

You acknowledge that by completing and submitting the website application that you are applying for a Loan. We verify applicant information through national databases including, but not limited to, Clarity, Experian, TransUnion, FactorTrust, DataX, and Equifax and we may pull your credit in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay.

By submitting this form, you are giving your express written consent for Plain Green, LLC’s network of lenders to contact you regarding financial programs and services that you might qualify for using email, telephone or text – including use of automated technology, for calls or texts to the number you provided here. Important Disclosures

This is an expensive form of credit. Plain Green credit is designed to help you meet your short-term, emergency borrowing needs. Appropriate emergencies might be a car repair, medical care for you or your family, travel expenses in connection with your job, etc. Our credit is not intended to provide a solution for longer-term credit or other financial needs. Alternative forms of credit, such as a credit card cash advance, personal loan, home equity Line of Credit, existing savings, or borrowing from a friend or relative, may be less expensive and more suitable for your financial needs.

Plain Green Line of Credit charges no late fees, however if you do not pay your Minimum Payment Due by your due date, you will accrue additional interest making it more difficult to pay off your account. We will never charge you any “hidden fees” or fees that are not fully disclosed in your Agreement or the Loan Cost & Terms. Interest, fees, and non-sufficient funds/returned item fees may apply as described in your Agreement. By authorizing us to process your Advance electronically, you are authorizing us to process payment debit entries out of your bank account by using any commercially available methods that we choose, such as, but not limited to, ACH entries, remote checks or transactions through your debit card accessing your bank account on your scheduled due dates pursuant to your Agreement. If you fail to repay your credit in accordance with its terms, we may place your account with, or sell your account to, a third-party collection agency or other company that acquires and/or collects delinquent consumer debt.

We adhere to the principles of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Because we may report your payment history to one or more credit bureaus, late or nonpayment of your credit may negatively impact your creditrating.
